All products, services, and information displayed on the N'voyal Z website constitute an "invitation to offer." When you place an order, it becomes your "offer to purchase," which is subject to acceptance by N'voyal Z. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order without assigning any reason.

By using our website, you (the "User") agree to the following terms:

We strive to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on your screen settings and device.
Please note that slight variations in design may occur due to fabric patterns, repetitions, or artistic styling.

2. Eligibility

The User confirms that they are at least 18 years of age, or are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Limitation of Liability

N'voyal Z shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, delays, delivery issues, interruptions, system failures, or unauthorized access.

4. Shipping Responsibility

We take full responsibility for your order when shipped through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, FedEx, DHL, etc., especially in serviceable locations.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice, at the sole discretion of N'voyal Z.

6. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Order Acceptance & Refunds

N'voyal Z reserves the right to cancel any order due to incorrect pricing, stock issues, or any other reason.
In such cases, the amount paid will be fully refunded, and the User will be notified.

8. Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues

If a delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the User, any additional re-delivery charges will be borne by the User.

9. User Information

The User agrees to provide accurate and complete information.
If any details are found to be false or misleading, N'voyal Z reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without prior notice.

10. Payment Security

N'voyal Z is not liable for any credit/debit card fraud.
Users must use only their own valid payment methods. The responsibility for fraudulent use lies solely with the User.

11. Complaint Window

Any complaints regarding orders must be raised within 4 days (96 hours) of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat.

13. Product Styling Disclaimer

Accessories shown in product images such as shoes, belts, watches, jewellery, scarves, hats, or other styling items are for photoshoot purposes only.
These items are not included with the purchased product.
