At N'voyal Z, we strive to deliver a seamless and premium shopping experience. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return and exchange process simple and hassle-free.
★ Returns Made Easy ★
We offer a 4-day return window from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return:
• Email us at help@nvoyalz.com
• Mention your Order ID and reason for return
Our support team will respond within 24–48 working hours with the next steps.
Once your request is approved, you will need to self-ship the product to our warehouse address.
⚠ Please Note:
We only accept queries via email. Messages through WhatsApp, Instagram, or calls will not be considered.
★ Exchange Policy ★
✔ Free Exchange Available
You can request an exchange within 4 days of delivery by emailing help@nvoyalz.com with:
• Your Order ID
• Your required size (only once)
Our team will guide you through the process within 24–48 hours.
⚠ Important:
• Exchange requests can only be made once per order
• Once initiated, exchange cannot be canceled or converted into a refund
If the exchanged product is of lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as store credit only (non-transferable to bank account).
★ Return Charges ★
• A ₹60 COD fee / shipping fee + convenience fee will be deducted from the refund
• Customers are responsible for return shipping charges
★ Eligible Return Conditions ★
Items must be:
✔ Unused, unwashed, and unworn
✔ In original packaging
✔ In original condition
★ Non-Returnable Items ★
✘ Free or promotional items
✘ Used or washed products
✘ Items without original packaging
✘ Products that have already been exchanged
★ Wrong Item Claim Policy ★
To claim a wrong item received:
• Record a clear unboxing video
• Parcel must be shown sealed before opening
• Video must be continuous (no cuts or edits)
Without proper video proof, claims may not be accepted.
★ Refund Process ★
Once we receive and inspect your return:
• You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
Refund Mode:
• COD Orders → Refunded as N'voyal Z Store Credit
• Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method
